Olivier Verburg LL.M.
Olivier holds a law degree from the University of Amsterdam and has over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate. He previously worked at DTZ Zadelhoff and Cushman & Wakefield and later held senior leadership roles at Colliers, including National Director Agency and MidCap. Olivier is known for his commercial drive, strategic insight and ability to close complex transactions.
Robin Beumer BBA
Robin comes from a true real estate family and was exposed to the industry from an early age. Robin graduated from Hotelschool The Hague in 2016 and spent seven years at Colliers, progressing to Associate Director Agency and Head of Development. With broad experience in leasing, acquisitions and development advisory, he is recognized for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships and structuring creative transactions.
Roderick Kuitert LL.M. MRE
Roderick studied fiscal law and completed the Master of Real Estate (MRE) at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. After working as a tax advisor at a Big Four firm, he spent more than twelve years at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers, where he led the MidCap team nationally. He combines analytical sharpness with a strong national and international investor network.
