Before ON Real Estate became a company, it was a team.
Olivier and Roderick have worked together for more than twelve years. When they moved from Cushman & Wakefield to Colliers, they were given the opportunity to build their own team. Robin joined shortly after.
Their collaboration started on the Buitenveldertselaan, at the former headquarters of Colliers Netherlands. Over the seven years that followed, they built a substantial leasing portfolio from the ground up and advised on dozens of acquisition and disposal transactions — largely driven by their own network.
What began as colleagues evolved into a close professional partnership and, ultimately, a friendship. They understand each other’s strengths, pace and way of working. They challenge one another when needed and rely on each other when it matters most.
